New Pallet Types
We supply new wooden pallets, skids, crates, and top frames for both domestic and international shipments. We will work with you to design the best pallet for your needs.
Combo pallets are a good alternative if you are trying to control costs but still need the consistency of new lumber in some of the components of the pallet. Example: You require the pallet to have consistent top deck board thickness to ensure your product will stack evenly across the pallet and not tilt over, causing product damage. Solution: Recycled stringers. Recycled bottom deck boards and new top deck boards to help ensure a consistent level pallet.
Another example would be if you consider the pallet as part of your product branding. When you send your product on a combo pallet consisting of new stringers and recycled top and bottom deck boards, when your product arrives, the pallet looks new and makes the product shipping on the pallet even better.
Combo pallets can be built as 48 x 40 or any custom size you require.
A recycled pallet is a good alternative to and less costly option than a new pallet or a combo pallet. We offer a variety of different types and grades of recycled pallets.
Premium A grade 48 x 40
Standard A grade 48 x 40
Premium B grade 48 x 40
Standard B grade 48 x 40
Custom size pallets
Recycled pallets are the most affordable of the pallet options, but make no mistake, a recycled pallet's functionality remains almost as high as a new pallet. The main difference is it is not as aesthetically perfect as a new pallet. There will be imperfections in the lumber discoloration of the lumber, and on B-grade pallets, there will be repairs done to the pallet.
